Our Mission
As a 501(c)(3) community based, organization founded to keep girls in the Chicagoland area away from the nuisance in the city streets by teaching them how to stay focused on the positive and life advancement. With an emphasis on girls ages 12-18, who are from low- to middle-income homes, multicultural, and disadvantaged areas.
The G.L.A.R.E Club’s program provides girls with many opportunities including life skill enhancement, leadership development, character building, educational and social development.
This is accomplished through mentoring, arts, literacy, recreational activities, self awareness, respect, and empowerment.
We bring in women from all walks of life; such as Celebrities, Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Entertainers to teach our girls that they too can achieve whatever goal they set out to accomplish. This proves to be an outcome of positivity in which the girls will aspire greatness.
